True Bruin Values Refresh Steering Committee
The purpose of the UCLA True Bruin Values Refresh Steering Committee is to refresh UCLA’s core values, the True Bruin Values; create an active source of inspiration and accountability for the UCLA community; unite staff, faculty and students with a shared purpose; and create values that are not just words on a website, but values that drive the way people navigate the University and collaborate. The steering committee is charged with identifying the new True Bruin Values through an inclusive process of listening to the voices of our community, creating a plan to launch and socialize the new values, and designing programs and processes to embed the values in the culture and internalize the values in the community.
